Rules of Association
New Rules (Constitution) for Holland Rise & Whitebeam Close TMO
TMO shareholders at a Special General Meeting of the Society held on Thursday, 05 September 2019 voted unanimously to adopt a new Rules of Association.
The 2019 Rules of Association replaces the old Rules of Association that was adopted in 1993 and needed updating. The new Rules is more detailed in terms of Society’s objectives, terms of membership as shareholders, roles and duties of the board and executive officers.
Copies of the Rules of Association (which has been approved by Lambeth Council) are freely available in the estate office.
Five Year Development Plans
Survey Results (2015 -2020, 2020-2025)
The TMO has a 5 year rolling plan for Estate Improvement Projects (2015-2020, 2020-2025), which starts with a survey to all residents.
