TMO Celebrates 30 years of management!
16 August 2025 marks exactly 30 years since the TMO signed a Modular Management Agreement (MMA) with London Borough of Lambeth to manage properties within Holland Rise & Whitebeam Close Estate
The TMO marked the occasion with a summer party for all residents and their families. The party was also attended by guests including stakeholders in the borough. Our profound appreciation to everyone for their support to an enduring and progressive tenant management organisation

The Annual General Meeting of the TMO was held on 16 November 2024
There were no changes to the membership of the Committee and we thank everyone for their hard work and commitment to our TMO
There were also changes in the Management Committee composition since the last AGM in 2022.
The 2024 AGM was indeed productive and engaging with shareholders discussing wide ranging issues in a friendly and cordial atmosphere. Our appreciation to shareholders for a successful 2024 AGM
