AGM 2023 and New Management Committee

The TMO Annual General Meeting was held on 22 November 2023.

Shareholders at the AGM raised many questions on repairs, cost of living, Council services and particularly capital works final bills.

There were also changes in the Management Committee composition since the last AGM in 2022.

Some of our long servicing members of the Committee stepped down before or at the last AGM – Anne Tessadri, Samina Mulla, Johanna Heusner, Tara Spencer and Jo Wiliams. Our sincere appreciation to all of them for their hard work and dedication to the development of the TMO.

We are pleased to announce that the vacancies created by departing board members have been filled by the following new Committee members; David Marsan, Bola Ijale, Cindy Luyeye and Sam Llewellyn-Smith

The 2023 AGM was indeed productive and engaging with shareholders discussing wide ranging issues in a friendly and cordial atmosphere.
